Default How to take turbo off

I am going to take my turbo off bc it sounds like the unison ring isnt working properly so I am going to clean it all and see if it helps with my lag. Was wondering if anybody can posts pictures of how to take it off and clean the inside. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT

the Turbo can come off of a 6.0 without pulling the cab or box. It isn't too hard....just a little tight and far back...hardest thing i found with taking the turbo off was the downpipe... but tons of penitratiing oil and giving it time to do it's thing helped a lot.

not for turbo specifically off the top of my head... but on BulletProofDiesel's web site there is a PDF file on the install for the Redesigned EGR cooler which includes taking off the turbo etc. It has some pics and details that might help you out. it is rather strait forward once you get to doing it. If i run across any other sites with pics/intructions I'll post it for you.
