2003 6.0L Powerstroke
I have a 2003 6.0L Powerstroke and i had it out the other night and it ran just fine. No problems what so ever. The check engine light has been on for a couple of weeks but i never thought anything about it. I recently just put a BD Turbo on it and had to unplug the sensor fir the turbo because there was not a sensor on the new one. I figured thats why the light came on. But anyways i shut it off when i got home and when to start it the next morning and it just wouldnt start. Cranks over just fine like it should but no fire! I had this problem before and the dealership told me that it was the HPOP so i had that changed and also changed the crank positioning sensor. Ran fine after that for a while but now im back to square one with the same issue. Before if it wouldnt start at night or when hot i would leave it sit over night and started fine in the morning but now it hasnt started for days and i dont think its going to...... Any ideas or suggestions would be more that appreciated! Thanks
Usually when they wont start hot its because of the STC or snap to connect fitting. You can search for that, there is TONS of info on that.
You have a BD turbo on which obviously isn't a VGT turbo!? What other mods do you have...

Im not sure exactly what size turbo it is. Its a Borg Warner S300. And im just using the preset tunes on the edge juice module. I would have to take it to a dealership for them to read the codes wouldn't i since i don't have any other way to read them?
No my edge cant read any codes that I'm aware of. Its an older model so I'm not really sure. And i would take it to Auto zone but the thing is now is that it wont run so i have no way of getting it there for them to read them for me. Kinda of a bad situation. And I'm located in Bethesda, OH. That would be nice if someone had a scanner close to me that could check it for me and be able to pinpoint the problem so i wouldn't have to have it towed the a dealership just so they could read the codes for me.
I was gonna suggest the same thing
