Yes the edge adds timing. Dont stack 2 timing boxs together. I found out the hard way.

you can stack them no problem. you just have to make sure the smarty is on sw#8 wich is stock timining and that will be fine. i ran the smarty and edge jwa with no problems.

The best in my opinion to add to the Edge JWA is a pressure box. I added one to mine and viola!!! Instant throttle response! Never been beat in street racing and I have a heavy Megacabladon. The Edge JWA with hot upgrade makes some serious power. I likey lotsa! OH - the Edge does add timing and duration. It has many other good features like the guages and the turbo timer and the code rest.

There is a previous thread on DB, and there was a comment that sled pullers will set there Smarty to #3 to add timing, and the Edge to #6. I myself think that a little extra timing would be ok, but not too much.

with the smarty stacked you put it on even numbers. even=no timing. odd=added timing. i always kept my smarty on sw#8 and my edge on 0 when just cruzin around town. 1 for highway and 2 for toweing. btw if you dont already have lvl6 hot unlock on your JWA dont waste the 100$ it dosent work right wile stacked with the smarty. lvl 5 on JWA and sw#8 on smarty and youl be in good shape
