Default raptor vs airdog

Is the raptor an adaquate pump? I'm looking at it and the only down side I see is that it doesn't have the filters like the airdog.

The Raptor Kit is an excellent pump setup. They are available in both 100gph and 150gph units and the pressure is adjustable unlike the Airdog.

Does the raptor still use the stock filter? Or is it meant to be run filterless? I'm getting a chip soon and planning on get a fuel system upgrade near after and the raptor looked like a good deal because I am short on cash and wanna still be safe and efficient while upgrading power on this truck

You plumb the raptor into your stock filter housing.

Well then it doesn't sound too bad at all. I mean I like the idea of added filtration but for 200 less for the raptor compared to the airdogII doesn't sound like a bad deal if it does the same thing with less plumping to the tank
