fuel pressure

Question fuel pressure

I need to get a guage on my fuel but i have a couple questions where do i hook the guage up and how many psi should it be runnin and also any refurals on guages? Thankyou

On a completely stock truck - you need a 1.8" npt fitting - goes in the forward port of your fuel filter housing (DO NOT forget a needle valve or pressure snubber to dampen the pressure spikes):

psi depends on the shape of your lift pump. You will want a minimum of 5 psi at Wide Open Throttle.

Do I have to use the isolator with my isspro fp gauge? I have a needle valve before the isolator but the reason I ask is because the bleeder screw on the isolator doesnt want to seal anymore.
