Hey guys im looking at an 04(not sure it its an 04 or an 04.5 yet) SLT quad cab, shortbed, 6 speed, 4x4 with 144,000 miles on it. Its stock. But its also an R-title. I was told it was hit in the front end and is currently being replaced and that there was no frame damage. The guy said he was probably going to ask about $16,900. The clean title retail value is around 20k. But would i be wrong to offer him $13,500 if its a clean truck? Thanks for your help!

 

Because it was in an accident, $13,500 sounds like a fair price.

 

thanks bud, even if its all fixed up? Its still an R-title, and i bought my current truck off of this same guy he seems to set his prices kinda high, i hope he comes down cause i would really love to have a 3rd gen
