Default p0137?

whats up guys? just got back from deployment, went to retrieve my baby from long term parking, and a possum decided to build a nest on top of both batteries and chewed through a few wires. i found all that i could and fixed them, but my edge is still giving me a P0137-1/2 o2 sensor circuit low. could that be from chewed wiring or a dirty sensor? if anyone knows which sensor that one is, ill take it out and clean it. i immediately upon return changed oil, filter and fuel filter/water seperators. i pulled off the truck lift and the code came in. now as well, my boost gage has been reading a steady 10-11 psi at idle, and 18-25 driving down the highway at 70. never done this before and the turbo doesnt sound like its pushing any more than normal. any help? thanks y'all

something might have made a home up in side the turbo or in the exhaust someplace . i'd pull the o2 to see what it looks like inside. just to make sure it didn't get chewed also... welcome home... glad you made it back safe and sound...
