hx35/BHT3B =max of about 600HP, nice setup for towing.

go with the 26cm BHT3B, the HT3B flows about 20% less

HX35/3B or HX35/ S400 setups are good for up to about 520HP.

However, you are in no way maximizing the potential of the large charger and it's grossly over-sized when paired to that top turbo.

A HX40 setup is much better paired as is any or the S300 13cm or bigger housing turbos for the top chargers. It's all about airflow on that exhaust side. Most guys running the HX35 setups don't even realize they are pushing that little charger at over 4:1 at times!

600HP was made on a dyno run with hx35/40 and BHT3B, watermeth etc and it was at about 1300 degrees. Agreed its not meant for sustained power at that level.

i have seen a true super hx40 and an ht3b produce numbers over 700hp on fuel and 900hp on nos. talk to hammer, more than one guy in his diesel club runs hx40/3bs and produce them numbers. of course thats on a 12v, if you want to produce over 500hp on a 24v anyways id be p pumping it.
what does the b mean in BHT3B? also im running a 23cm exhaust housing. spools up as fast as the 40
