2nd gen injectors in 1st gen

does anybody know if injectors out of a 1996 12 valve would work in a 1st gen 12 valve? And be able work right with the VE pump, and if just minor modifications must be done to be compatable? Will it boost performance at all? Thanks guys

you have to put the second gen nozzels on your 1st gen bodies

the thread pattern for injector lines is different as well as the pop pressure

There are line adapters that you can get. Took me a few months to find them. They are spendy too. Probably alot easier to swap the tips onto first gen bodies and have the pop pressure re-set.
