What is it and should I worry?

I just had that code too - it is minor and all its telling you is (in computer speak! LOL) "It is so cold I can't read the temperature!!! " Minor - no problem- don't worry. When it warms up you wont get again. BTW Thank you and your fellow marines for their service!

From a vet: Thank You for your Service!!

There is a computer flash that will get rid of the code. I had it done and it seems to have worked. I can't remember if it was the same one that took care of the outside temp reading or if they just did it at the same time. I would get a reading of -40F at times. The flash took care of both and it is covered under warranty with a TSB.

hmmm, ok after i got my truck back from the dealer(they put in a new tranny), the light came on and i decieded to look under the hood and one of my neg batt cables was off. I put it back on and the light went away

Wow, sounds like when I found my axle fill plug about one turn out from even hand tight. . .
Have to keep an eye on them all the time it seems.
