touchy Throttle?

Hello i got a 98.5 24 valve cummins and i was wondering what causes my throttle to be really touchy. any advice i would appreciate it.

Good question. Try resetting the APPS.

Turn key to run.
Depress pedal slowly to floor.
Release pedal slowly.
Turn key off, then start truck.
