just wondering what the benifits are from blocking off the wastegate? i know it will give you more boost. will more boost lower egt's or raise them? i understand with stock head set up you do not want to boost over 35 psi. more boost does not result in more power. doesn't it just light the turbo up a little quicker? thanks!!!!

i would get a boost elbow instead of blocking it... a boost elbow should come with the fuel plate. it wont completely cut off signal to the wastegate but it will build more boost and lower egts like auto2010 said.
