Turbo leaks oil to inter cooler. Can I replace a seal or rebuild turbo? Is It still builds boost. Maybe the oil return on is plugged? I feel stupid for being lazy and not letting it idle and take time to cool down after some trips towing.
Also, Where can i buy some of inter cooler turbo rubber couplings? Stock ones are a bit Weak looking.

 

for the boots, try xtremediesel or post in the dealer section here, you may get a better deal. Unless you know what youre doing, i suggest sending it out to be rebuilt. It only cost us 150 bucks to rebuild ours locally. you could also try to find a used one in good shape. a lot of people run aftermarket turbos on here so maybe somebody has a their old one still in good order.
