Hello to all. I have a 2003 6.0 with 120,000 miles. I fear I have damaged my injectors due to a failed FICM and low fuel pressure.

My Question: Please provide your experience on a source of quality 'stock' or slightly 'overstock' injectors and where you found best pricing.

I don't have any performance upgrades such as head studs or upgraded turbo or fuel systems. I just want to get another 100K miles out of this daily driver and monthly tower.

I appreciate ALL Help. I am really looking for personal experience. I have been on all the vendor sites and prices vary as well as claims. Sure most are great but looking for a personal experience of who reconditioned the injector and where they found it.

 

Elite, RCD, Innovative diesel, there are tons of good ones. You are right, a lot are different though, even if they're listed as the same sizes, not always flowing the same though.

Have you tried just finding a set of OEM ones?

 

The OEM injectors are beginning to have the lifespan rivaling that of a copper electrode spark plug.

I found the best price at my local International dealer i had to put all 8 in.

 

i got all 8 injectors that were 40 hp over stock from pensicola fuel injector for $1520. garage charged me around $380 to install and charge the ac. i did have one fail me after 20k but it was covered under warrenty. they carry 1 yr unlimited milage.

 

Don't hold your breath on those Pensacola injectors. Casserly with FULL FORCE DIESEL is the man you need to buy from.

 

i wasn't impressed when one quit cause the guts broke in it
