Default Need help with my trans

Hey guys heres my problem just cruisen along doing 60mph and outta no were the Torq converter started unlocking locking back and forth i have no idea whats wrong. The trans was rebuilt about 50k ago at the most and about 15k i had new selinoids shift kit torq converter put in i need some help i am so dam tired of this trans but i dont have the money to fork over for a new one what to do

check your grounds to the frame, sounds like one might be loose or corroded up where its not getting good contact all the time

Have you done the Suncoast mod yet? If not you might try it, Here's a link http://www.suncoastconverters.com/im...d%20rewire.pdf it's a cheap fix usually. Only takes about a half hour. Also the cables are very critical.

Is this just a better grounding technique for the APPS return wire? What symptoms does is relieve?

Yes that's exactly what it is, some people just run the wires directly to the Batt. Negative post but I think they want them on the dash because they are less likely to see corrosion there then on the Batt. itself. It should helpp to keep the T/C from locking/unlocking for no apparent reason at steady throttle.
