thx is the pod accessable without pulling the dash? I checked the lines and non seem to be off or in bad shape but will recheck.
This isnt a major problem butt the truck gets so much more comfy with the cab air working...especially in january/ febuary here in mich.

ok i found the silver ball looking thing with an arm running into it mounted on the right side just up from the floor vent and what looks more like a wire than a vacuum line attached at the bottom, is the vacuum that small?
when i manually pull it down I get air thru the cab vent.

I checked the lines and there seemes to be no leaks prior to the actuator under the dash. But...I pulled the line off the actuator that works the dash vent and plugged the hole on the actuator and could still move the arm up and down with ease. That seems to be the problem...where can I get an actuator?
