take the two screw out that have the wire thru them. behind there will be two screw, you want to adjust the lower screw PDR Diesel Inc. The turbo diesel performance specialists! - Lever Adj. be careful, it's kinda hard to get to, and somehow the socket got away from me while working in the small space and i dropped it into the afc.... now dunno where it is.

there are 2 screws on the cover you need to take them off to get to the gov arm adjustment screw. the adjustment screw moves the gov arm up and down.

I read your other thread asking for more towing power, I would look into a trans first followed by a fuel plate and modding the afc before I worried about adjusting the gov arm.

and your running the truck with a socket near the gov weights? you need to get a magnet down there and find that socket asap

the goc arm rides up your fuel plate, it basically tells the pump how much to fuel. as it rides up your plate, it travels further forward opening up for more fuel. the only thing that you will need to adjust it for is if it's hitting below your plate and not allowing the arm to travel. otherwise, i'd just leave it alone as it's functioning properly.
