Do you have any plans on getting twins or a different / larger single? If so, anything, if not stage 3 at the most.

you need gauges on a stock truck as the fuel pressure could be low and you will need a new injection pump. ditch the superchip and get a good programmer and you will not need gauges you can do them at a later date

exactly , and spend your money on a good lift pump first, my first injectors were 110's the only issue I had was my tranny went out, egt's were ok , smoked but only when I wanted it to, I actually sold my old ones to my buddy with basically the same set up you have now, except he has the edge ez, he pulls a lot he has no issues with smoke or egts and loves the power, but I wouldn't go any higher than 110's if you don't want a turbo upgrade.....

like everyone has said, you NEED gauges, the last thing you want is t obe overheating and melt a piston because, as hotcummins said, with smoke comes heat...

with rv injectors and nothing else, i could hit 1350 on the floor hard. which is to hot for a sustained amount of time. with the super chips, i figure u will have higher egts with just a 40hp injector. u need some gauges before u do injectors. jmo good luck
