how much boost can a stock cummins turbo handle

Whats up everyone I was wondering how much a stock turbo on a second gen. 12v can handle I am putting out about 30-32lbs.

So I am planning on pulling my truck tonight and I dont have to worry about blowing my turbo or anything?
