Black sut on map sensor

i was changin my fuel rail out and took my map sensor off to clean it and noticed black sut on it, can anyone tell me y?

The only 2 things I can think of is a dirty air filter or the turbo is going out.

i got a new dry filter, i did have my vavles way off not to long ago, i didnt check it then to see if it was dirty or not, may be from that but didnt know, my intercooler tubes and boots are clean
