change the gears?

Default change the gears?

has any one changed there rear diff. gears? i was told insted of the dtock 3.50 go to a 4.10 and it would get up and go. But i have not heard of messin with the gearing on diesels really. good idea?

Very expensive...you will have to do both diffs plus you are going to lose milage. You should have no trouble pumping up the HP if you want it to "get up and go"

Yeah, I'm not sure what it would be like on your truck, but on mine I wouldn't go from a 3.73 to a 4.10 unless I was running 37's or larger.

if you dont have enough speed or power just add fuel and air then with the 354 you still get great milage

I changed to 3.73 in the back running 35x13.5 works great
