hey a guy said he has a set of "150hp injectors" i asked him a bunch of questions to include what kind. after asking the questions i got the impression he just went to a diesel shop and gave them money and said make it go fast. has anyone heard of EDM injectors?

 

EDM stands for Electrcial Discharge Machining.

This is what most top of the line injectors builders use to cut there injectors.

 

Actually, ALL injectors start out as an EDM injector.

Your stock nozzles were EDM'd. So anyone can say they have the best EDM process, but there are far ranging degrees of quality in the original cut.

Things like spray pattern, flow, atomization and even flow hole to hole can vary depending on the equipment used and the speed at which the process is done.

thanks for the replys but the guy was completly retarded. when i got there and looked at the injectors they turned out to be for a 12v?
