HTB2 or B1 bomber?

Which is better? HTB2 from an '02-'07 or B1 bomber 62/65/14 wg?
What's it take to install a '02-'07 (HTB2) turbo on a '96?

3rd gen down pipe and some way to hook up your intercooler tube to the turbo. I would lean towards HTB2 myself.
