Default tranny problems

i have a 94 cummins with 82000 on it. boought it to be fixed up. motor is good but my tranny seems iffy. wen i start it and let it sit for 10 15 mins jus so i can move it oout of the way then thing barely moves. i could be at 1500 rmps and the thing barely moves. but if it warms up till i hit the 140 mark on water temp it seems to move alright. idk wut it is? didrty filter maybe oor bad tranny?

sounds like its low on fluid, or posibly a bad converter or weak hydralic pump. Change the fluid and see if it gets any better. I would defenetly pull it anyway, it will need a converter either way if your going to do any mods to it.
