I have the opportunity to pick up a 12v from a mid to late 90s bread truck. I thought that the 4BTs were the only Cummins motors in these, but apparently not. This also has an Allison 545 behind it.

My question is, is there anything different about these motors from the ones found in Dodge trucks that would keep me from modding it? I wouldn't think so, but I want to make sure before I pick it up.

some of those 12 valves out of the bigger trucks are really stout and should have a 215 pump. what pump is on it?
