Switching rims

Will the rims off of my 1992 f-250 fit my dads 99 f-250?

No they will not fit. Ford used teh 8 on 6.5 like your 92 up untill 97 when they switched over to the 8x110mm. the Dodge's and GM's still use the 8 on 6.5. Sorry.
