i have a 97 cummins i have 100 horse injectors,#0 fuel plate,cold air intake,and boost controller.i just installed the plate and tried to turn the star wheel but it wo'nt turn for anything.any suggestions?????and aprox.what horsepower/torque will be making?

 

it may be all the way forward if you look straight down in the hole where you took the allen head plug out wheree is the star wheel located.

 

it really doesnt effect your horesepower it is basically what controll how fast your boost builds up, its basically a control to balance fuel/air mixture

 

do you have an auto or stick and what turbo do you have?

 

the truck is an automatic,and the wheel is to the left of the hole.is foreward what i want or do i need to free it up?and approx.what horsepower/torque am i pushing with my set up?thanks guys
