Default Squealing Turbo

I have an '04 F350 w/6.0. I just put on my Elite EGR Delete kit, the Edge Platinum Juice w/Attitude, a Volant Ram air filter, and Silverline 4" dual exhaust turboback. All went well. Upon test driving it for results, the turbo started up with a high pitch squeal...kind of like a burned bearing, but not one. It's not a whistle. Did a 1/4 mile run with the Juice Edge and turned a 15. Squeal persisted all the way through. Water pushed back and overflowed through the reservoir. Can anyone tell me what's going on? The engine never heated up and produced 26 lbs. of boost. Why the squeal and why the overflow? Thanks for any help out there.

Are your headgaskets bad. When mine went i couldn't get more than 25 psi boost and it constantly blew fluid out the degas bottle.

If it's pumping coolant out the degas bottle, it's either the cap, the bottle, or heads. I would bet my money on heads, especially if you don't have it studded.

Take all that aftermarket **** off and try and get it done under warranty.

Exhaust leak(s) at the turbo-up pipe bellows, as well as the outlet port to the EGR cooler can cause this.

Depends on how you deleted your EGR

Seems like there might have been something that was not installed properly. Did you do the delete yourself?

Squealing can also be pressure escaping from radiator cap. Have seen this on several trucks, too.

Could be stuck vanes, but that usually doesnt cause a squeal. Also, I would recomend gettin rid of the edge, they arn't the best for the 6.0. The pukin could be caused by failed HGs, improperly installed egr delete, the degas bottle cap, and even the water pump.
