Not without gettin pretty rough on the steering box. Heat, air hammer or pickle fork and a BFH is the only ways I know of. Good Luck To Ya.

your lucky, mine fell off going down the road last fall, on the stubborn ones I have had to use my cutting torch to really put some heat to it and do it fast

Guess if it came down to it I'd have to pull the body grinder out myself and take it off in pieces.

That seems like the best way to do it IMO,all that heat can't be good for the box.

keep the pitman arm puller tight and then take a torch on a low flame and run the flame around the pitman arm with the flame pointin towds the floor and then take up on the puller with a air inpact and it shoul pop off. I know u dont want to use heat but if u do it rite this shouldnt mess up the gear box

Iv used heat in the past on my ol 78 ford and toasted the seal in the box
