Default Looking for a top notch Powerstroke Professional Mechanic/Designer

I'm located about 6 miles outside Bothll, WA in Snohomish County and I have a interesting problem here that requires some input from a professional, "for hire" powerstroke mechanic.
I bought a 2007 F350 Dually with 14,000 miles on it. It was owned by a dealer in Idaho. I bought it to haul an 11' camper and to periodically pull a boat. Understanding of course that the GCWR was up there toward the upper limit especially when pulling one of the local passes, it was suggested that I have a Hypertech program, cold air return, turbo back exhaust (without a cat conv) installed...which I did.

Having joined this and another forum, it became immediately obvious that there's more here than meets the eye as far as installing mods is concerned. They all have to be compatible while allowing me to meet my need. I understand the challenge (excessive heat and compression etc.) but approaching the project as I am (without a real blueprint) will end me up blowing something out or more likely blowing more cash than I should.

For this reason, I am now searching for a professional, certified powerstroke mechanic that can help design and build the proper systems. Of course this person would be paid for the design, additional parts, and for the installation. I would hope they would be located someplace within 25 miles which means Seattle, Everett, Bellevue,...anywhere within a reasonable distance. I would think this would be a long term relationship as I'm not a mechanic although I do understand the functions. I learned a long time ago that knowing just a little is a dangerous approach to any problem of this nature.

If anyone can refer a person or a shop my direction, I would really appreciate it! I can PM my phone number if you like, just let me know.
