Default Adjusting Parking brake on '04 3/4T

How do I adjust it? Is there a spot to adjust it on the cable or do I have to take the rear wheels off? My driveway is pretty steep and I have to park my truck in gear, otherwise it will roll with the parking brake on... It on;y does it if I've been driving and the brakes are warm...If I go out in the morning after its sat all night and put it in neutral the brake holds fine.

Sounds like the rear brakes are worn out?? They use a little drum brake setup inside the rotor for the parking brake. You might want to take a look at that as I'm not sure there is any adjustment in the linkage.

There are rubber covered slots which cover a star wheel (inside of brake)which enable you to adjust the brake shoes with a spoon tool.........if they are not worn out.
