Block Heater Cords
dad just bought an 07 F-250 with the 6.0 Diesel in it and it didnt come with the block heater cord. does any one know a part number for one from napa or some where else? does the cord from a 7.3L fit the heater on a 6.0L?
it's 109 from the dealer but it has the proper mounting parts

it doesnt plug into the heater very well but the fitting does screw on a ways and the heater does warm up. also you have to route it just right to get it to bearly reach to the left of the right tow hook and have enought length to beable to plug it in. napa part number is 605-1507.

well the oem one just snaps on tightly it doesn't screw on so not sure how yours is working exactly? .. just be sure you have a good connection , you are dealing with household current and could cause a big issue,, if the connection is bad it could get hot
