I was messing with my truck earlier and when I fired it up I noticed a slight haze of smoke coming up from the driver side. So crawled under the truck and it was coming from the blow-by tube. When i put my finger over it it pressured up. How much is to much. What is the specs

 

Do you let the temp gauge climb off the peg before you give it juice?? I want to say leaking valve guides.
