now i know the 6.0 isnt known for its spectacular gas mileage, but 10.5 mpgs? what can i do the get some more? i have an SCT, which i now dont even use for DD because its better without. i have a magnaflow exhaust and an upgraded air filter. im gonna have innovative diesel send me a tune for economy on my SCT, but is there anything else i can do?


2005 F-350 lariat dually 6.0

 

Its really hit and miss on 6.0's. Ive seen some that get 10mpg and ive seen a few that get 19mpg. But with your truck being a CC DRW is gonna like fuel.

 

so nothin really other than economy mode on the chip huh? well that sucks. the other day i was gettin like 9.5 with my SCT on performance. blows some smoke, sucks some fuel!
