Default 0 plate and NO SMOKE

I just installed a home ground 0 plate full forwards on my '96 and I was expecting a lot more smoke. It seems to pull harder and get on it faster on WOT but not a lot of black smoke what gives?

did you mess with the star wheel and all that good stuff too, plus with that huge air filter the your gonna get alot of air in there and burn the fuel more completely.

I won't go into the whole wasting fuel speech but..

As said above, where is your starwheel located? What about the positioning of your AFC housing? Is it full forward? These won't do much above 10psi but they'll give you a good cloud from a dig.

Is the plate all the way forward? Did you adjust the GOV arm?

Plate full forward, AFC full forward, and starwheel cranked full forward.... It will smoke and your mpg will suffer.

Brad, you need Brett to do a pump tune on that thing. Give me a call, we can set it up right!
