i understand. i guess i will buy a new steer-n box. 4 something keeps tell-n me that gm parts wont work on my dodge. as if i wanted them in the 1 place. thanks guys.

na. its not a gm. i was wonder-n if the steer-n box on my 98 4x4 had a worm gear in it like the older chevys. i was set sraight on that. found 1 this last wkend while the kids an i were out play-n in the mud. got it for 50 bucks. should have some pics of the trip up soon. i think i got some good 1s

 

Better be careful with GM parts. Your truck will grow IFS and a nice interior.
