Default Halo Headlights ?

I got some new headlights that are hid's with halo's around the lights. Everything lights up, hid lights and the high beams, but the halo's never come on or the 4 little LEDS below them. Does anyone have a guess as to what might be wrong? The crappy website I got em from is no help. There were only 3 plugs on the back; low beam, high, and blinker. I'm lost. Any thoughts?

They didnt come with any instructions?

I know this isnt for a Dodge - but have a look here -

eBay Guides - Halo Ring Angel Eye Headlights - Proper Installation

I also found this tidbit:

The projectors you see here fit a Dodge Ram truck 2002-2005, 1/2 ton, 3/4 ton and 1 ton. The projectors are available with two color housings: one housing is chrome and the other housing is black. All headlight lenses have a clear outer lens. The headlights come with standard halogen bulbs and will plug directly into your existing wiring harness....simple. Along with the projectors are the dual halos and six running lights. Each of those have their own separate wiring pair. Positive wiries are usually white or red. Ground is usually black. Most customers attach the two sets of wires together (white to white & black to black) and connect those two pairs of wires to some power source. The favored power source is the parking light circuit. That way, when you turn on your parking lights, your halos and running lights will turn on also. If you have any further questions, please Email us. Thank you.

do you atleast have wires coming from the LEDs and halos? i know mine did. and if you do, you have to put all the positive wires together, and all the negative wires together and splice it into your running lights. i have a diagram drawn up if you need.

all the wires coming from it are just the ones with the plugs for the low, high, and the blinker lights. there are no extra wires hanging from it...

what the hell. so your halos and LEDs should be connected to the harness? which should IMO be impossible. if its connected to your harness, theres no power for a running light going through it. ill post my diagram i made. i have a 3rd gen, an 02 so its a little different from the 06-08 headlights but i would imagine it would have wires...or how would they turn on?
