Playing around in the truck I decided to do the cluster test. Well got three codes,
0D-35 PRNDL switch input circuit open
A7-65 VIN checksum error
AA-65 PCM messages not received
Anyone have any ideas what to look at to correct these. The codes are activate I think because cycling the key and redoing the test increments the key cycle numbers.

2004 SLT Quadcab 3500 SB 4X4 Graphite Grey 305/555 w/4" exhaust turbo back. So not a lot of mods.

Oh and not my rig just asking for someone.

 

I'd reset the computer and see if they still come up because it doesn't sound like they are anything seriously wrong with the truck. If it was my truck; I wouldn’t even worry about it. The computer will retain codes even if the problem was corrected, or it only happened once.

 

06 cummins with edge, i have 2 trouble codes coming up p2121 and p2127 both related to the apps sensor. ive replaced the sensor and also had the computer reflashed. i still have the same dtcs coming up. the dealer had no clue what else could be causing it. anyone have and ideas

 

i have heard that it could be the connection on the top of the cp3 pump located on the drivers side of the motor. Does anyone have any other ideas as to what connections could be making these codes come up? Also i have started to notice that im only throwing these codes when its raining or snowing leading me to believe that it could be a connection problem somewhere in the wiring harness. Any ideas where i could look to try to fix this problem?
