so with all the mods listed in my signature,when i add the 100 hp injectors and pulling my holiday trailer am i going to encounter high egt's to the point of having to install a water/meth injection system .just running round town i run approx 500-600 so once pulling i am wondering?

Depending on the spec for the BD turbo you could encounter higher than normal EGT's. That said, it is very unlikely that you would with what I am reading here.

I have the OEM turbo in my 2002 (HX35) and when I stand on it I see temps pre-turbo quickly heading to 1200+ which is when I back off. I also gets way too much smoke if I do that so I try not to. Driving nice, I see no smoke and temps around 300 to 900 F.

 

ive got a 150s in mine with the setup below, i rarely see anything over 1100, even when i stand on it, pulling about 1050 with a 24k trailer

 

Should be manageable at worst,but I don't think you'll have any trouble at all.
