Just bought this truck and the dash and radio lights go out when the headlights get turned on. Also, not sure how to turn the fog lights on, not sure if those are part of this. Is it just the switch?

Have you tried adjusting the dimmer switch on the headlight switch? To turn the fogs on you have to pull the **** out.

 

Well, I've tried adjusting the dimmer, all it does is turn the cargo light on in the cab everytime. When the headlights go on, if the dimmer is moved up even a little but, the dash and radio lights go out about 98%, barely visible at all.

 

if you pull out on the headlight switch that turns on the fog lamps. The headlight switch. May be bad I would start there.
