what do you guys recommend as a good replacement automatic transmission for a 96 ram?

there are plenty of good tranny builders out there.... suncoast, ATS, BD, Dunrite, and a few more i can't remember right now...... the best thing is look at what they have to offer. i have a Dave Goerend tranny in my 96 auto. Goerend Transmission Incorporated there are a few vendors here that sell his products. i'm happy with my 100K mile warranty tranny and Lifetime Warranty converter from him...... just remember do it right so you only have to do it once. don't cheap out when getting parts.... cheaper isn't always better, but most expensive isn't better either..... if that makes sense....
