Default Steering Wheel Alignment

What would cause the steering wheel to be misalligned? They guy I bought my truck from says he had the truck alligned and yet the steerring wheel still won't like up the way it is supposed to. The truck doesn't pull and the tires are wearing evenly so I believe what he said.

probably when somebody turned the wheel when replacing the gearbox would be my best bet. What kind of steering system is it?

My dad did the same thing when i was replacing his pitman arm and now hes got to deal with a crooked steering wheel. Truck don't pull and tires wear evenly.

If I remember right that is the part the previouse owner told me was the problem. But it isn't adjustable. Maybe I'm thinking of the wrong part.

The factory draglink is not adjustable. There were some companies making adjustable ones. Is the truck lifted at all? Or sagging? If the wheel is all that bothers you, you can pull it off the column and turn it. If your truck turns farther one way than the other, then moving the wheel won't help that.

Can you actually do that? I know that some vehicles it only goes on one way.
