Default 48re Rebuild Issues

Just have a quick question for you guys who may know more than myself or my mechanic working on my truck. My issue was slippage and not wanting to downshift into first when I come to a stop. So I decided to bite the bullet and rebuild the trans with new clutches, valve body, torque converter, flex plate, etc. That was a month and a half ago.

The issue I've been told was the torque converter keeps locking in reverse. He's even gone as far as changing the whole case and still no avail. My initial thought was maybe the TC was bad from the supplier. What are you guys thoughts?

Sounds like a wire issue at the plug in or at the lock up solenoids! Give Goerend a call google them! Great customer care!

Thanks man i'll look into that. Hopefully it fixes the problem cause it only seems to be getting more expensive.
