Default brake squeaking help.

1999 24v My truck has developed an anooying squeal coming from the front brakes and a squeak coming from the rear brakes when I hit my brakes the noise in the front stops. Driver side rotor is in need of repair but can't figure out where the noise is coming from. And the rear brake squeak is loud in reverse but moving forward its not as bad and gets faster as I speed up and once I hit 25-30 the noise is gone. Any help with this situation would be greatly appreciated
