Alright gents for the last few months been running a Sinister Diesel edition Stage 2 Powermax with the batmo wheel and have not seen any gains. I was running a edge juice with attitude up until about 2 months ago and then got custom tunes for all the upgrades and the turbo. Issue is that the turbo does not sound or act like a powermax should i.e. the jet engine whistle or power, have a buddy with exact same set up and his whistles like a SOB. I have no exhaust leaks and no boost leaks and only making 25psi on a good day, i already took the turbo apart once and cleaned it even tho it wasn't even guncked up or anything, if any of you guys have some insight that would be great, I've done everything i know from sensors to tunes and nothing. Any help would be great.

Supporting mods, EGR delete,injectors, viviane and erics tunes, airdog-165,4 in turbo back to dual 8inch stacks,coolant filtration,new intercooler boots,

 

Did you check oil pressure for injectors? If your HPOP is getting weak or if small leak it won't fully fire injectors. Low power is result. You need to find out IPR duty cycle and oil pressures under load.
