Default need help

I have a problem idk what to do first the dash warning lights wont come off when key is out off ignition along with the overhead dash that displays how much fuel u have till e has nothing but --. I cant hear the lift pump go off when I turn the key I also seem to have no power to engine because the boost fooler wont light up or anything cranks but no start. it all started from when someone was trying to wire electric fans and got the truck to run but wouldn't shut off when key was off so what he did was pull the battery cables off one at a time so plz help what could it be

Fried PCM worst case. Dirty terminals probably. Disconnect the fans and see what happens.

Dealer can hook up and tell you whats up! Where did they hook up to power the fans?

You have a short to ground somewhere possibly the controller unhook it. I assume you have dual CP3's Damn this keeps getting worse! Something melted when the fans were hooked up find out where they were hooked up for power! Back trace wires if it goes into the PCM your screwed!
