Allright i totaled my 2wd 2003 diesel ram 2500 manual
Engine, flueling , intercooler and tranny are all good i was thinking of getting a similar year 2003 - 2007
Hemi 4wd ram 2500 and swap all my old parts in it..

Any probs i should prepare myself to encounter ?
Any of you guys done this before with common rail.. do i need to swap the ignition , cluster , harness ? Fuel tank and lines shouldnt be that hard

 

It should be pretty close to the swap. I done with a 2nd gen. For sure have to change the under hood wiring and computer and such. All the holes for mounting the intercooler should be there. And the motor mounts that's on your motor. Should fall strait into the factory mounts on the gasser
