Looking for 2nd Gen motor - Virginia

I'm in southwest Virginia, and looking for a 2nd gen 12V motor. Prefer complete and stock.

Might trade '01 4dr VW golf TDI for a 2nd gen truck or motor. 55mpg, upgraded suspension otherwise stock.
