Default No Boost

So I got called out on a diesel burnout challenge. went to get it done and put my truck in gear. went to power brake and my truck wouldnt go passed 2000 rpm or build past 15 pounds of boost. needless to say my 35s didnt break loose. Is there anything that would stop me from getting past that rpm point and boost point?

Tq managment, power derate safeties, etc. The derate safeties cannot be overridden, all you can do is reduce TQ management.
