tranny swap
So ive decided im going to do a tranny swap from a auto to a manual. Im going to slowly buy the things I need to do the swap that way I wont be broke
But my problem is im a totall noob at this. So my question is what would I need to make this swap happen. I have a 97 4x4 single cab long bed. Ive herd guys need different parts for different trucks, for example shortning/lengthin your drive lines? If anyone could help me out with a parts list that would be great! Thanks!!

Im in california. Not planing on buying anything yet. Just trying to get all my ducks in a row before I start this swap. Besides the tranny what would be the most expensive thing I would need? Again thanks for helping me out!!
